An adaptive kinetic space which can move around as important changes occur through an owner’s life. The building could adapt to the needs of being young and single, through living in partnership with children and to later life being with grand-children.
The proposals also considered short and long-term future living forecasts of how social and economic trends would alter family units and impact the design.
