health & safety policy:
It is the policy of inspire design consultancy limited (the "Company") and its Directors that the health safety and welfare if its employees, clients and all those who may be affected by the operations of the Company is of prime importance. All reasonably practical steps will be taken at all times to ensure that this policy implemented.
In order to put the policy into operation, the Company will make itself aware of and comply with all Acts of Parliament, Regulations, Rules and Codes of Practice applicable its operations. The Company will provide education and training for its Directors and staff, and maintain all information and records up to date.
The Company will provide, inspect and maintain all necessary plant, equipment, PPE and materials required to implement the health and safety policy free of charge to its Directors and staff. The Company will arrange and maintain all necessary insurance required by statute and those which are prudent for its operations.
The Company has and will develop procedures and policies to cater for new and changing circumstances that may arise during the course of its business. The Company will investigate all reports of unsafe working, accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses in order to recommend improvements to methods and procedures. The Company will monitor and review this policy document at regular intervals to ensure that it is maintained relevant and up to date.
The Directors will make appointments to take specific responsibility for various aspects of the business including health safety and welfare, and will require reports and will implement the reasonably practicable recommendations of the duty holders.
Copies of this Statement are held in the Company offices and on the Company website and are available for inspection by employees at any time.
