The retail strategy, design and project management of a new prototype store for Greggs.

Key to the project was to listen to customers and increase and enhance the shop floor space giving them more room to browse. This also gave us the opportunity to extend the bakery offer giving city centre customers a greater range of the Greggs fantastic bakery and bread products.

The design of this prototype store uses a warm, rich colour palette and large-scale photographic images taken in one of the Greggs Bakeries to reinforce the Greggs bakery credentials. A roll in fascia sign connects to the wood effect ceiling stripe that leads customers to the back of the store. Seating is arranged at the front of the store and outside and a redesigned counter and new display stands all serve to put the product to the fore. The products are clearly grouped in a logical order for customer selection and the queue location has been designed into the store. The new counter enables us to get more product within the same area creating an abundant bakery wall to select from, developing sales at the till.

Chase is located in Newcastle’s buzzing Quayside area.

Our new design is clean with a baroque influence, creating a unique environment on the Quayside. An all day and evening food menu is now available and takings tripled in its first few weeks of opening.

The new identity is clean, bright, modern and luxurious, and the web design has a magazine style with plenty of news and views and the ability to be updated regularly for followers of this emotive product category.

A new identity and website design for this Independent Financial Adviser and Employee Benefits consultancy based in Bishops Stortford.

We simplified the name of the business and designed a straightforward identity with a brighter, more forward thinking colour palette which makes the business stand apart from its competition. The new website uses real people to illustrate the individual nature of the business and its various services.

We provided copywriting and managed and directed the photography for the site and set up all stationery as well as email marketing templates to launch the revitalised business.

We produced the majority of the content including two sessions of photography and copywriting based on client interviews.

Sheffield Hallam University wanted to move their interiors forward to meet their students aspirations and create an modern 24hr environment for students to eat and study with their friends.

We broke the space up to develop areas for study groups or individuals to work and relax. The space and graphics moved them into a more vibrant younger feel appropriate to their brand.

The site is built with using WordPress as a fully flexible Content Management System that includes the ability to upload video, add and amend galleries and uses custom fields to make all areas of the site editable.
