A feasibility design for elderly housing accommodation. Our solution was to design desirable, affordable accommodation built to universal design principles.
These ‘intelligent’ apartments were designed to meet the needs of a fully able person but could be cost effectively adapted to the owners’ requirements if their need for health care increased and mobility decreased.
